Tips for exercises

  • Keep them fun- do them during a chill time, when baby & you are both relaxed!

  • Start small and build up repetitions 

  • Try to watch for differences in baby's strength -its cool to see growth

  • Aim for doing them 3-5 x day, make it a part of your day and normalize it. It's great when baby is used to you being in their oral space.
